Rick rebuilt resealed my transmission was leaking alot of places and fixed a shifting problem that tranmission had for a long time .If you need any transmission work done he is good .He knows transmissions .

Let me just start off by saying this was one of the more professional experiences I’ve had with mechanics in recent years. The stereotype of dealerships in mechanics, taking advantage of people’s naivety and ignorance of the automobile world is certainly very true and abundant. I brought my car to a dealership and it was diagnosed with a bad transmission no explanation. I was just told the transmission had to be fixed. I won’t go into the details, but Rick provided me with a lot more insight to what exactly was happening with my car and gave me a few options. On top of it, Rick quoted me a timeline that Was faster than the dealership, but also came in about three grand cheaper. Rick not only fix my car sooner than expected, but he stayed in touch with me the entire time letting me know exactly what he found and what was going on with my car. I dropped my 2005 Toyota tundra at RICK‘s last evening after work. It is very convenient. He has a drop slot and envelopes to fill out information and leave your key and has a nice big parking lot to leave your vehicle. My Tundra would not shift into fifth gear and my normal mechanic Borgeson’s automotive Recommended that Rick take a look at the transmission. RICK, the owner personally called me the next morning, bright and early and told me it’s not the transmission. It is the knock sensor which my mechanic can take care of. Also, my shift linkage was stiff and he sprayed it so that it would work well. I asked RICK how much I owed him for his diagnosis and he said nothing. I told him that’s why I brought my vehicle to his garage because all the reviews that I see is that he is very honest and reasonable. I will recommend Rick’s Transmission to everyone I know, and I will definitely take all my vehicles to him concerning transmission issues.

I’m very impressed with Rick!!! He is very professional and honest. My car Was not gonna into drive. It needed a new shifter assembly kit and console. He answered my call immediately, fit me right in, figured out the problem quickly, had the part ordered And my car was fixed the next day! Took my 2005 F150 to Ricks after getting quoted 2200$ for a rebuild at another shop. Before even seeing the truck he was confident he knew what was wrong and said it probably won't need a rebuild. Long story short I picked my truck up 2 days later and he only replaced what was broken. 950$ See ya later! Great guy, great service. I hope I won't need a transmission guy anytime soon, but if I do I know where I'm going.
