Tesla Service Dedham

I recently brought my Model 3 into this Tesla service center after experiencing violent vibrations any time I reached speeds above 55 mph on the highway. Given that my fiancée and I had been driving on this car for a couple of weeks feeling unsafe, getting it looked at quickly was a top priority. Caleb and Nash made that happen for us! Both of them were outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the potential causes of the issue, customer-focused, and flexible in accommodating my schedule, which got my car in and out quickly without the usual back-and-forth. This is my first Tesla, purchased last year, and this was handsdown the best service experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle. I’m so grateful to Caleb and Nash for their professionalism and care, and I hope Tesla continues to develop service advisors of this caliber. Thank you so much!!

I brought my 2026 Tesla Model Y to the service center for a scheduled front windshield replacement. During my appointment, a Tesla technician drove my vehicle into the service area and crashed it into a lift, causing significant damage to my vehicle. After the accident, Taso, the Service Manager, offered to have Tesla repair the damage. Given what had just occurred, I explained that I no longer felt comfortable having Tesla perform the repairs and requested that the vehicle be taken to a collision shop of my choosing. Taso then brought over Bryan, the Regional Manager. Bryan informed me that Tesla would only pay for repairs if the vehicle was repaired at Tesla's collision facility. I explained that I have the right to choose the repair shop and requested Tesla's insurance information. Bryan initially told me the matter was not going through insurance and stated that the insurance information he could provide would result in my claim being denied. After continued requests, I was eventually provided insurance information. Because of the confusion surrounding the claim process and misleading insurance information, I contacted the Dedham Police Department to document the incident. The responding officer also requested the insurance information and discussed the situation with Bryan (Regional Manager). What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability throughout the process. The technician who crashed my vehicle never apologized or even acknowledged me. Instead of focusing on making things right, I felt like I was being pressured into accepting Tesla's preferred resolution. To make matters worse, after the vehicle was inspected by insurance, it was ultimately declared a total loss. I am now without a vehicle because of an accident that occurred while my car was in Tesla's care for a service appointment. The damage itself was bad enough, but the way the situation was handled afterward was far more disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service center.

Good experience at the new Dedham service center building, which is next to the delivery center where I took delivery a few years ago. It felt clean and modern with 3 different waiting area rooms. (Being adjacent to Dunkin was nice too!) The advisors were friendly and shared the information I needed. The Tesla app initially was going to charge me for all items, so I went back to the desk for check out and the advisor noticed this and fixed them before I had to ask. The service itself went well; they made the repairs and for one minor item they noted it and the advisor indicated on checkout that a future fix will be available. Will definitely use the Dedham service center for any future needs!

I took delivery of a new 2026 Model Y RWD from Tesla Dedham on February 6, 2026, thanks to Cassius. Unfortunately, immediately upon driving off the lot (with approximately 12 miles on the vehicle), I noticed a persistent rattling noise coming from the front suspension area. This condition has been present since day one and is noticeable over normal road surfaces, especially on typical New England roads. Because the vehicle was brand new, this was both surprising and concerning. Since delivery, the vehicle has undergone multiple service evaluations at multiple Tesla service centers. Both front upper control arm mounts were replaced with the latest parts, and the front structural braces were removed per current Tesla service guidance. A master technician also completed a ride-along and confirmed the condition. I was ultimately informed that the vehicle falls into a known noise category currently being seen on some 2026 Model Y RWD vehicles and that, at this time, there is no repair or engineering solution available. While the delivery process itself at Dedham was smooth and the staff were professional, the overall experience has been very disappointing. Taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle with a verified issue present from the first drive — and currently no path to repair — is not what I expected as a returning Tesla customer. I am currently working with Tesla customer relations and regional leadership to seek a resolution and am hopeful the issue receives prompt attention. I wanted to share this experience so other customers are aware and so that this concern receives appropriate visibility.

I had a great experience at the Tesla Service Center thanks to Nash and his team — Carol, Alex, Kaleb, Maurice, and Aavin. They provided excellent, fast, and professional service from start to finish. The team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They addressed my concerns quickly and kept me informed throughout, which I really appreciated. Their efficiency and teamwork truly stood out. Thank you to Nash and the whole team for the outstanding service. Highly recommend this service center!
