John’s Auto body is great. My car was side swiped while I was working. I came across this auto body shop on Google. They were so professional, friendly, and attentive. They answered all of my questions, and stayed in touch. Their work is amazing. I highly recommend everyone to check them out. Fast, reliable, and awesome! Definitely will do business with them again!

My car looks better than it did before the accident! I highly recommend John's Auto Body! I visited and/or inquired with many shops around here, and I either never got called back, or when I did make the appointment to see my car, they pulled no-shows. Lilly called me back within a half hour of when I sent in my inquiry. She explained the whole process to me, and I immediately made the appointment to drop off my car. I got it back in almost three weeks, and my car looks better than it did before I suffered the accident! I felt very comfortable and welcome at all times, and they put my mind at ease during this whole process. They worked with my insurance, and they explained how to go about getting the rental car as I did not have the coverage on my own policy (I do this now going forward). They take care of all the paper work and are on your side the whole way. In this day in age it is rare to find this level of quality service with so many auto body and repair shops charging you for repairs that were never an issue to begin with! Walked in with no appointment. Needed aftermarket glass installed on both side mirrors. In and out in 5 minutes. No charge. They wouldn't even let me buy them coffee. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. I miss businesses like this. This is my new go-to for body work. Thank you!!!

They took a look at a used 2021 Audi A4 that I had recently purchased and gave some blunt advice on how poorly previous auto body work has been done from a front end collision. The car only had 40k miles on it, and the deal was too good to be true for a reason! With their feedback in mind, I traded the used Audi in for a Certified Pre Owned after a month of ownership and likely saved myself years of headaches in the future thanks to their advice.
