I had a great first experience here today getting my brake pads replaced. Brian was very friendly and quickly inspected my car, then clearly explained what needed to be replaced along with the pricing. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services like some other places do. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future.

Just bought my car from a family friend this may in chealse. A month later i had a battery issue and my brother told me to come with him to his mechanic shop, which is dedham super services. Brian checked my issue and told me the issue(which was a replacment battery) and didn't charge me for diagnosis at all. I knew from then this was the mechanic shop for me as long as i live in the greater Boston area. Needed new break pads and rotors for my front axel and I got a quote from dedham super services that beat all other shops and mechanics i knew personally from other friends and family. My brother was right this is truly the best mechanic shop in the city, maybe one of the best in the state if i dare say. Total estimate was 25 to 100 bucks cheaper than other places. Dropped my car off this last friday morning at 8am after making an appointment the day prior, and the car was ready by noon. They work quick, give the best competitive prices, and the quality of their service in undeniable. If you are in the greater boston area specifically near Dedham, west Roxbury, Milton, etc. Brian Novoa, and the rest of the guys and girls at the shop, are the people to take your car to. They earned the buisness of my entire family and friends, and ill make sure to spread the word. Not many car service buisness like them these days. Especially with the current state of the economy and the country, trustworthy and amazing service based businesses like this is a must have.

If I could leave 6 stars I would… long story short my I was told my car has catastrophic engine failure, and most likely needed a new engine. After going through weeks of trying to use a 3rd party warranty company I was using, I didn’t go through with that cause it sounded like more of a headache than anything. I then got it towed to a mechanic I had gone to over the years in bridgewater, bit the bullet and bought a fairly new engine on eBay… then that mechanic told me his labor price. Needless to say it was way out of my budget I met Ozzy through one of my co workers , and I’m very grateful I did. I told Ozzy about my situation and he went above and beyond to make the situation less of a headache, for a very reasonable price. Once he got the engine and the car at his shop, him and his guys at Dedham Super Service finished the job in less than a week. My car is now running like a brand new car. I’m forever grateful 🙏🏾 I highly Recommend this shop !!!

I recently took my car for an oil change, and I had a great experience! The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to make sure everything else was in good shape. The service was quick, and I was in and out in no time. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone needing an oil change or general car maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!
