I've used Jack and his crew at least three separate times .I won't bring my car anywhere else now . The price has always been reasonable, Jack is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and how much it's going to cost He explains everything so it's easy to understand Not only would I highly recommend Jack and his crew, I would insist you take your car troubles to Big Jack's . View on GoogleI had my radio screen replaced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The price was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked, and the service was top-notch. Jack was so friendly and personal, really taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. My Jeep feels brand new again thanks to them! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone!

View on GoogleI have never written a google review before, but felt compelled to after my experience. I took my car there, was the worst experience! Big Jack said I could bring it in, he diagnosed it, but wasn't sure when he could do the work, gave me a price higher than other people did, seemed to suggest I should take the car some place else, but was pushy about wanting me to take the car away, and accused me of having a bad attitude. When I did find another place to take it to, he wanted $150 diagnostic fee, which he never informed me of to begin with (a violation of state law), wouldn't be reasonable with me about it, and when I protested, threatened to call the cops on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! unless you wanted to be poorly treated and ripped off.
