Audwin is a master mechanic and a gentleman, will never take my Bimmer anywhere else. He is no B.S., and you can't find better quality of work or fairer prices. He was also very courteous and professional with my wife when she went in, which speaks for itself. My first time with Audwin I had taken my X3 to diagnose a sunroof leak that other shops had supposedly "fixed". He could have given me the full-court-press on a very expensive repair (the dealership had quoted me $8K to replace the entire sunroof cassette to address the issue), but I told him this was a beater daily driver and I was not interested in dumping a ton of cash into it, and half-jokingly that I'd rather just vinyl film the top of the car. To my surprise, rather than upsell me or try to steer my money into his pocket, he said that my idea (cosmetics aside) would work and he'd done something similar to one of his own beaters. I did it, and no problems still 2 years later. He performed other maintenance and repairs on the car then, and when I need it again the only place I will call will be Audwin and Bavarian Motor Craft.

As women, we cringe when are car forces us to bring it to a mechanic. We all have this fear that a new mechanic will take advantage of us, especially with a BMW. Trust me I’ve had my fair share of this. But Bavarian was different. Ada was knowledgeable, Fast, and more importantly patient with me. He showed me the exact issue, and explained what it would take to resolve the issue. Overall, Bavarian has exceeded my expectations by far!
View on GoogleThe best independent BMW shop around. I have a 2013 BMW 335i and Audwin (owner and mechanic) has done the rear brakes, water pump, thermostat, valve cover/gasket, and spark plugs. He is great at explaining things and is extremely detail oriented. He goes above and beyond with his work and I can tell he takes pride in quality and a job well-done. Prices are also very fair. Highly recommend Audwin and Bravarian Motor Craft.

I have not looked back since my first visit with him. He has taken care of all the bells and whistles with my X5 at very affordable and fair prices. Moreover, though, Audwin is one of the best BMW technicians I have come across. His work is meticulous, detailed oriented and thorough. He takes true pride in his work and that is a very special quality. He is one great guy too.
