This is my second time coming to Today’s Collision in Chelsea, and I can confidently say I’ll always return. Audrey and Jacob were absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I had my hands full with my three girls, and Audrey was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, which made everything so much easier for me. That level of care and hospitality really stands out. Most importantly, my car looks beautiful—just like new! You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for quality service and people who truly care about their customers.

I recently brought my car to Today's Collision Repair Center after a block of ice fell from a building during the brutal winter weather and completely damaged my hood. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and made what could have been a really stressful experience completely painless. The communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained exactly what needed to be done, and had my car ready when they said it would be. The hood replacement came out absolutely flawless — you'd never know anything happened to it. But the part that truly blew me away? When I picked up my car, it had been fully detailed and washed. I was not expecting that at all, and it genuinely made my day. My car looked better leaving their shop than it has in months! If you're in the Malden or Chelsea area and need collision repair, don't think twice — Today's Collision is the real deal. A fantastic team and outstanding customer service. I can’t talk highly enough about Today’s Collision in Chelsea, MA. I’ve recommended personal friends to go to this shop just based off how professional, knowledgeable, friendly and rapid they are. They 100% care about the customer and they’ll do anything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. I wouldn’t choose any other shop and that’s no exaggeration. Audrey, the customer service representative has been there for years and she is very knowledgeable and will look out for you. Jacob, was awesome as well. He'll take the time to hear you out and make sure you’re satisfied. I can’t thank you guys enough for how perfect the car came out, if anything it looked better than when I actually bought the car brand new. I haven’t had that new car feeling in a long time. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, by Tuesday morning they called me saying my car would be done by the afternoon. You can ask them anything that isn’t related to their work and they still take the time to help you understand. I was involved in my first accident since the mid 1980s which damaged the front of my newly purchased truck. From start to finish Today’s worked with my insurance company and rental company, guided me through an unfamiliar process and in the end, completed all repairs flawlessly. I could not be happier with Today’s professionalism, thoroughness, quality of repairs and care for my vehicle. Matt and Audrey were especially empathetic, caring and meticulous in their communication with me. Their coordination with the rental company was seamless.
