This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car service shop. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change. The staff then told me there was another minor issue that needed to be fixed, and I agreed. In total, I was charged $770 for the oil change and the additional repair. Immediately after the service, a misfiring warning appeared on my dashboard. The car started shaking badly and making strange noises. It turned out they had left a cable disconnected during the repair. When I returned, they reconnected the cable but claimed the shaking and noise were caused by the misfiring issue. They told me to drive the car and come back if the problem continued. The problem never stopped. I returned later that afternoon, but they had already closed. The next day, they asked me to leave the car so they could inspect it and promised they would call me back. They never called. When I went back myself, they suddenly claimed that another part was broken and demanded an additional $250 to fix it. The entire experience was unacceptable. The communication was terrible, the customer service was extremely unprofessional, and nobody seemed willing to take responsibility for the problems caused after they worked on my car. I was left waiting for over an hour without anyone even acknowledging me or updating me about my vehicle. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. Poor workmanship, lack of accountability, terrible communication, and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered

My boyfriend took my car to get an oil change 2 weeks ago. When he took the car they told him that the ball joint on the passenger side needed to be changed. Thursday he took it back so they can change it. They called that the car was ready, but when he picked it up the car was making a loud noise on same side. We figured we were gonna take the car back the next day. That same day we went on the high way and the car was making the noise even harsher we quickly went back home and when we parked the car it froze and wouldn’t move, we got out to inspect it and the wheel came off along with the cv axel.We called them and they automatically knew it was the lower ball joint which they were supposed to check as well when fixing it but failed to do so. We had to tow the car there and they did not want to take responsibility. They wanted to charge us 400 to fix it again. He told the I would buy the parts and they would fix it and they still wanted to charge us 250 for they’re mistake. I went with the parts and I wanted Greg to explain to me his reasoning on why that happened, he proceeded to not want to explain and start yelling at me and shut the door on my face. Super unprofessional. Ended spending $1,000 thanks to them and today when the car was picked up it is still making that same exact noise. Will never go back to the place. We almost lost our lives if that wheel would have popped off in the highway. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worse enemy.

No stars Horrible owner horrible business police was called and everything I went for an alignment when they check the car they didn’t even bother to call me to tell me the outer tide rod is messed up. Out of consideration you call the costumer explaining hey the outer tie rod is messed up will you like us to continue doing the alignment ? Nope didn’t call even once. The Alignment won’t be working if a tide rod is messed up . As good as u can be , this what you do before you start any service . This guy had the odyssey to say yea we we did the alignment but your outer tide rod is messed up if you fix the the outer tide rod with us it will be 180$ and the alignment is free Dude why did u even do the alignment if the tide rod was bad???? this guy think people are stupid . The alignment was never free I paid the alignment a service that was not supposed to be done due to the tide rod being messed up and not letting me the costumer know about service that need it to be done before doing the alignment . Never again guys and be careful don’t even bother going there save ur money save the hassle and yes he will be hearing me in civil lawsuit see you soon

Who ever the main mechanic is clearly doesn't spend time addressing the problem. I brought my vechicle here to get my transmission looked at because the light was on and it would not drive. He told me I needed a whole new transmission, used 6K. I said I'll have it towed to a dealership and it turned out the transmission was perfectly fine and the light sensor needed to be replaced.

My boyfriend took his car to fix the window, he was charged $400 to change the control, after it was supposedly fixed he had to take it back again he took it back 4 times and nothing. Update: Honda Civic gold, charging $400 for the Window control and still not working it's not alright we ain't rich, if you could not fix it at least give half the money back and he could go somewhere else, he was supposedly get a call when ya had a new window control and it's been 2 maybe 4 month and he has not heard from ya.
