If you’re a colored person don’t go here! They are very dismissive & passive aggressive towards people. They made me come up here 3 times to get my car inspected. After I already fixed everything they told me to fix. I wish I read the reviews & not just seen the rating . Be careful coming here to my people of color. First time I felt racism here & yea thank god for my patience.
View on GoogleGreat auto shop and a very friendly, communicative team. i came in for an oil change and had a question on my brakes feeling off. they called right away and explained the state of my brakes, and what fixing them vs. not would look like, no pressure. got it done in a day. appreciate you guys!
View on GoogleThey are generally unpleasant people to deal with, but they are capable of doing your State Inspection assuming they want to that day. They will tell you off about parking. It’s been different every year I’ve gone
View on GoogleVery good and fast. Excellent customer service. They treated my daughter and I exceedingly well. I was really pleased with their service and the way they handled my daughter's situation. 5 stars. They may be a small shop but they're really pretty darn good!
View on GoogleI came here for a simple inspection, but I didn’t even get the chance to ask a single question before I was rudely kicked out. The staff member I dealt with was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. There’s no excuse for treating customers this way, especially when they’re just trying to get basic service. If you value being treated with respect and professionalism, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
