I had a great experience. I had an issue with my door hinge and also moonroof drains. Service was done in a timely manor and the cost was more than reasonable.

It’s good to find an honest local mechanic who is experienced with newer cars. I had been taking my Volvo SUV to the dealer until one day they suggested a $3,500 front end repair – to replace suspension control arms because of “too much play in the ball joints”. Dean Luther examined the vehicle with one of his mechanics and found no problem. Saved me an unnecessary repair and made me a future customer.

Work at Carlisle Autobody is efficient and very effective. I appreciate the time taken to explain exactly what work was done and why. The rumpled fender got replaced and other repairs needed got fixed with very reasonable expense. I appreciate the time taken to be thorough and I could leave knowing the car was in good shape. At another time, I heard a strange sound, took the car in, it was driven, they listened to the sound, pinpointed the issues and repaired in short order...plus, knowing it was about to take a long trip, they checked basic maintenance. I am grateful for the care and the excellent work.
