Vinnie immediately helped me when I had an urgent unexpected car problem. He resolved the issue quickly and thoughtfully explained to me the reason for the problem. I will absolutely come back for future services. Great service.
View on GoogleStopped by one morning to see if I could some help with my car and the guy there told me to call later about coming in that afternoon or the next morning. I called that afternoon and he said he wasn't available in the afternoon but would definitely be available in the morning. I asked what time and he said to just call him in the morning. I took a bit of time off work, planning on stopping by, and called when I was getting ready to leave. He said he just needed to move a car and would call me back. Twenty minutes later, I still hadn't heard from him so I called again and he said he wouldn't be able to take my car until 430, but no later. I told him I had work until 5 and he told me to come in the next morning. I asked when and he said to call in the morning. I reminded him that that's what happened today and I was already late to work, so could I set an appointment and he said no and that I had to call in the morning. So I gave up and went to another shop and got in immediately no problem.

I got brake problems when I must use the car for long distance travel on the same day. Called Vinnie at 8 AM and had it fixed at 4PM. He's so considerate, and had excellent communication.
