Very friendly and honest shop! I thought I had an issue and was 250 miles from home - Dennis invested a lot of time looking my minivan over, couldn’t find anything wrong with it, and didn’t charge me a dime. Even called to make sure I got home safely. Kudos!
View on GoogleRude customer service and questionable inspection practices. I took my Rav4 here for an oil change and state inspection. They called to tell me I needed new brake pads, rotors, and tires, claiming I couldn’t pass inspection without the brake work. When I came to pick up the car and asked for clarification on what was required for the state inspection versus their own recommendations, the man at the front desk became confusing and defensive. When I politely asked him to clarify his terminology, he condescendingly told me, "for the 4th time, if you would listen to me..." and failed to explain it clearly. This was shocking to me. Speaking to a paying customer like that is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Needless to say, I left. A week later, I took my car to another mechanic. They passed my state inspection in 10 minutes with absolutely no issues and treated me with kindness and a smile. Way better experience.

As soon as the car arrived, Dennis immediately reached out and quickly provided a diagnosis. He then efficiently coordinated with my insurance to get all necessary approvals. In less than two days, my car was repaired and back on the road. Dennis was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and the turnaround time was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop.
