Safelite started servicing the car at the designated time and finished in the window that they told me. This was my second great experience with the Burlington location. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
View on GoogleI had to get my rear windshield with the slider replaced on my truck. There was a lead time after ordering the windshield. They consistently followed up keeping me in the loop as to when they expected the parts. Then they followed up to confirm the appointments date numerous time. Once I drop my truck off to their shop, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. They did a great job and cleaned after everything. They are super nice people..... You can't ask for much more than that.

I was very impressed with the technical savvy and the level of attention of the technician - the windshield glass was placed on so seamlessly that it looked just like the cars straight out of a factory (my previous experience with another service left me with warped corners) and all stickers and ez-pass transponder were placed back neatly exactly where they were. Furthermore, Gisele who manages the front office is fantastic - she’s super friendly and professional. It was also evident through how she worked with her customers over the phone. The waiting area is kept cleanly so that the customers feel welcomed and comfortable while waiting. Highly recommended.

They collaborated with the appropriate vendors and successfully had the correct windshield installed. However, they had to recalibrate the dynamic calibration action twice because it was not accurate. And, they also addressed that issue.
