Porsche of Burlington is outstanding. They service my 911 Dakar along with multiple other Porsches I own, and the level of care and attention is exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Porsche center. I’ve worked with both the sales and service teams and they’re consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I also trust them with my clients’ cars, which says everything. We’re really fortunate to have a dealership like this locally.

View on GoogleI got an appointment when I wanted and the entire experience was exceptionally professional and well done. I was treated with respect and my vehicle was ready on time and looked great, and all work was well done. When I asked a technical engineering type question, the service writer called a senior tech to fully answer my question. I appreciate that and everything else about my experience very much. In short, I told them what I wanted done, the work was properly done, the car looked great when they delivered it, the cost was what I was told it would be and was delivered on time, and I was treated well. Can’t ask for more than that.

When I had an emergency flat tire, their team went completely out of their way to help me get back on the road. Not only did they handle the situation with urgency and care, but they were also able to accommodate extremely quick. As for service, i have zero complaints, im servicing three of my cars at the same time! Easy to book and all service advisors are amazing. It’s rare to find a dealership that treats you like a priority rather than just another appointment on the calendar. The staff here is genuinely accommodating, professional, and clearly passionate about taking care of their customers. Highly recommend if you are not a customer

I did not have an appointment with the service department, but I drove in and asked if they could take a look at it The service department was very respectful, pleasant and supportive, and they were very quick to say yes they would look at it and do whatever they could to fix it. I was totally Surprised by the Accommodation they afforded me. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes and my automobile was fixed. The Tire was replaced and I was ready to go. This is The second emergency experience at this dealership. I cannot tell you how wonderful all the staff at this dealership are. I am getting a new Porsche soon and I am going to make sure I have my car serviced at Porsche Burlington when the time comes
