I cannot say enough great things about Hometown Garage! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and kindness. The staff, especially Stacia Pikul took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and walked me through the repair process without any pressure or surprises. She is very knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns, and made the process so easy! She was there to answer any and all of my questions and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car has never run better. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They completed the repairs quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free! It’s rare to find a repair shop that is both trustworthy and highly skilled, but this team exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been using Hometown for years because they are fair, honest and efficient. They don’t pressure you to buy extra service you don’t need but their diagnosis are thorough and scientific. Scheduling and estimates are all online so you stay informed before and during your visit. I recommend them to all my coworkers as a convenient place to get work done on your car during your workday. If you are in the Burlington area, Hometown is your place to get your car maintained.

Received evaluation contradictory to Dealer evaluation and cost to repair indicated service needed! Inspection cost was more than reasonable. I will now switch from Dealer Service to Hometown.

They showed me exactly why my car failed inspection, quoted reasonable costs for quality fixes, and did the job in a decent time frame. My car had extensive repairs and they provided a ride from the shop and back to it when it was finished. Very professional, quality work, and good customer service. This will be my repair shop of choice while I live in Burlington.
