Been coming to Burlington Kia for a long time now after my experience at another local Kia was not the best. All the service staff is great! Michael specifically has been helping me out a great deal. He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough
View on GoogleMy 2014 Kia Sorento came in for the recalled engine replacement. Diego was extremely professional and patient, and very easy to work with. He was as helpful as he could be in the situation. However, when I received my car 2 months after it initially went in, not only was a piece of my passenger door handle missing, but the vent on my drivers side was also broken with pieces missing so it can’t be moved/adjusted. Also, whoever they had hose down my car left my window open and got my seat and lock/window buttons wet. I assume my car was treated based on the fact that they couldn’t charge us for the job. I’m happy my engine was replaced , but I can’t say I’ll return for further maintenance.
View on GoogleI’ve been going to Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for about ten years for both purchasing and servicing my cars. I can’t think of any real complaints. Anytime something came up, they addressed it and made sure it was taken care of. It’s a business at the end of the day, but my experience has been consistently solid.
View on GoogleI called and "spoke" to AI and made an appointment to replace my Kia's broken antrnna. A day before appointment i got a call from service asking why I was coming in, that AI just noted it as "Job". When I told what I was coming in for, I sadly learned a tech would need to review first and thst the part was not available anyway. That was not what I had planned for the day. Your AI needs to be enhanced.
View on GooglePreviously I had great experiences at this service center and unfortunately was very disappointed after my last visit. I arrived at 9:30am for an oil change and was told my headlight wire light needed to be replaced because “the last guy who replaced it did such a bad job we have to fix this” once I had said that the wire was replaced at this service center and they confirmed it suddenly changed to “actually it was an animal got in and chewed it”. Then I was told my brake pads needed to be replaced. Previously I had been sent photos so I could confirm the work was needed, and this time I was never provided any photos or proof and along with the changing story I felt like I couldn’t trust what I was being told my vehicle needed. On top of that I was not able to leave until 5 hours later at 2:30pm and was told at 1:00pm it would only be 30 more minutes. My car only finished once someone went up back to check.
