My representative, June, went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure the service was done efficiently and at the best price. She was very communicative about what needed to be done and what was covered by warranty. View on GoogleABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Never again! Was told 1.5 hours for a software update / recall. FOUR hours later I finally got my car back. Horrible service and communication. NEVER AGAIN! I would rather purchase a camel, than buy a car here... You have been warned.
