I had a great experience with A1. Levon is extremely personable and professional. I bought this truck last week and thought it looked great until Levon did paint correction and ceramic coating - it looks 10 times better than when I drove it off the lot! He even worked through Easter weekend to make sure I had my truck back as quickly as possible. A1 also offers a maintenance plan to bring the truck in every 8-12 weeks for upkeep. He was forthright with the pricing and didn’t charge me a dollar more than I was quoted. Levon at A1 Auto Detailing absolutely saved us, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. We recently acquired a van for our dog training and dog care business, and because we transport dogs regularly, having working AC is an absolute necessity. We had planned to bring the van in for a new AC installation before an upcoming trip to South Carolina, but when the aftermarket shop inspected it, they refused to work on it due to mice/rats having nested in the insulation, which caused an overwhelming odor. With our trip only a week away, I was in full panic mode trying to find a detailing company that could take on a situation this serious and within such a tight timeframe. We called so many places, and every single one turned us down. Thank goodness we found Levon at A1 Auto Detailing. He truly went above and beyond for us and bent over backwards to get us in that very same day. He immediately got to work, completely removed all of the damaged insulation, and thoroughly cleaned and flushed the area not once, but three separate times. When he was done, the van was absolutely spotless — sparkling clean and honestly looked and smelled like brand new. Because of his incredible work and willingness to help on such short notice, we are now able to get the AC installed and safely head to South Carolina with the dogs in comfort. Levon genuinely saved us in a stressful situation, and his professionalism, urgency, and quality of work were unmatched. A1 did an incredible job on my Sportage. I had the full detail with paint restoration and wow! There were tons of scratches on the sides and hood of my vehicle. Now, it looks brand new. The interior is immaculate. So happy with the service and communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend A1!! Me and my family took it over to Levon because we had an issue with a company involving tar and Levon was so patient, kind, understanding and really took care of me and my parents through this process. I just got my car done from A1 and it looks SPECTACULAR. The car is so smooth, shiny, and so pretty to look at. The inside and my engine blew me away honestly because every inch was cleaned and taken care even spots you didn't know could be cleaned was cleaned. You can tell Levon loves what he does not just by his work but when you talk to him and he explains his process too. It's definitely worth the money and his business. Thrilled with the service A1 provided! Our Tahoe was a complete mess (to say the least) not only from a cross country move, covered in dog hair and children’s crumbs but we also had a major mice issue with the car making it toxic to drive. A1 was able to resolve every concern we had. When we arrived to pick it up, I hardly recognized it with how clean it was. I truly looked like a brand new car.
