Eliane P. – I was here previously in November 2025 and finally returned this year in July for another inspection on my new vehicle before my warranty expires. The staff, especially Eunice at the front desk and the mechanics, were phenomenal! They were professional, honest, kind, accommodating, and thoroughly knowledgeable about what they were doing and talking about. I’ll definitely be back whenever I need another inspection, new tires, or any other services. This is one of the best shops in Brockton, where you know your car is in good hands with trustworthy people and excellent mechanics. 100/10 highly recommend, every time!

Went to VIP Tires in Brockton before the 4th of July. The temp that day was 100 degrees. I went for an oil change. The lady manager was super friendly and helpful ( sorry I didn’t get your name). She called Steve “ the technician “ making sure he stayed hydrated. Anyways. The Visit was fast he checked the battery, wipers and tires, suggested what I the car needs in the next. Visit it. And I was out. Thank you guys for the fast service.

100/10 I recommend coming here! The young gentleman at the front desk was professional, friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They inspected my car at no charge and gave me an honest and straightforward answer to the major issues my car has. John was especially outstanding, knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain everything and I could tell he genuinely cared about my safety and best interest. The rest of the staff were all experienced and professional! I’m truly grateful for their help today and how well they treated me. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future services once I get a new car. I had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

I needed my car checked and I inquired about filter replacement. Gary the district manager initially assisted and showed me where the engine air filter was located. I had to leave so he made an appointment for the next day. I was assisted by Eunice and Rich. Both very helpful kind attentive. They both took the time to explain the process and all other upkeep that needed to be done. The filter was replaced I got my tires rotated maintenance check and an alignment done. I also appreciated the electronic update as well. The coffee was a lovely touch to the clean and comfortable ambiance. The employees seem like they get along well with each other. I was looking for a new trustworthy establishment and I think I found it. Thanks Guys.

I was in Boston for a hockey tournament and ended up with a flat tire the morning I was heading home. I was stressed and in a time crunch as I had to get back to NY for a family function. I tried 3 other places that were over a 2 hour wait. I called VIP and they confirmed I could come right in and they would inspect the tire. I booked it over there and they got me in right away and plugged my tire. They even went the extra step to tighten my other tires after I expressed some concern about how easy the tire was to get off. I would absolutely use them again, although I hope I don't have to! Thanks again guys!!
