Stay away from this shop and save your money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! I paid $80 for a tow, which was reasonable, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. The shop owner became difficult to communicate with and eventually blocked my number while my car was still being worked on, even though I was only asking questions about the repairs. The vehicle is still having the same problem after the repair, so I don’t feel the diagnosis was accurate. I was not provided with a receipt for the fuel pump that was supposedly installed, and I did not receive my old fuel pump back when I requested information about the repair. My family also had a previous experience with this shop where a vehicle was repaired at significant cost and later developed additional noises. When concerns were raised, we were told to bring the vehicle back for further diagnosis. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this shop and would suggest getting a second opinion before authorizing repairs.

Vincent at North Side did inspection on my Audi Q5. After it, he told me that my front end was bad. Confused as there was no indication from car to me that it was, I asked 'I'm sorry, so I have an R?' He replied 'well yeahhhh...'. I said 'oh'. He said that both my control arms are bad, as he points to his comments on Report, that read FAILED next to Front End and Steering and Suspension. His comments on there further read that 'both front lower control arms moving.' He took payment and said, 'I can get you a quote for arms.' I said ok, so my mechanic could review. He made call to parts store and they give him price. He gets off phone, writes up quote and says that he could call around for other pricing on Monday and try to do something better. Quote was $915 to which I said 'whoah!'. As I am about to pull out, he says, 'the control arm, it's a safety issue, you know what I mean and I gotta do my job.' I said ok and left. I called my mechanic who told me to call Vincent back to ask him what on steering needed to be fixed. He also noted, 'I believe we just changed out your control arm last year'. I call Vincent back and he said the steering and front end are one in the same, so if one fails the other fails. I told him that I am going to take it dealer before anything else. He says 'well you know, some of these dealers don't know how to test front end. Plus, if you take it to a dealer, they are probably gonna charge you more than $1500', to which I said, 'Ok.' Next day, my mechanic checks car and said there was nothing wrong with front end or control arm. Monday, I go to tire shop (people I did not know prior) to put on ordered tires and asked guy there, if he could check control arm. He checks and said, I am not a mechanic, but it looks stiff. I went to another mechanic shop (who I also did not know prior to this - Millenium Auto in Brockton) to get 3rd opinion and watched as he tested and he also said there was nothing wrong with control arm and that it was pretty stiff. They do inspections there too, so I asked for them to perform another inspection and car passed with no problem. I cannot imagine how many other customers go through this, and want to shine a light about these practices. If I did not have my own mechanic or sense to ask for 2nd and 3rd opinion, I was going to be out $915 to fix something that was never broken!

Vinny is very dishonest took my Genesis G90 to get the brakes done and under 10 months the rotors were bad and couldn’t get me my warranty replacement because he claimed the auto parts shop went out of business,he also changed my thermostat said it was going to be 4 hours job and kept my car for almost 2 days and charged me $650 and since then my car has not been the same ,went there the third time to change my alternator and said it was going to be 4 hours job and the estimate was $460 at the end of the day he kept my car from Friday morning to Wednesday night and charged me $1,000 I don’t recommend any one take his luxury cars there (eg Audi,Mercedes,Bmw,Genesis range rover are way to confusing for him to repair,he has no expertise or experience with those cars,but will tell you he can fixed them at the end of the day he does trial and error and very unorganized

Don't waste your time going to this place.... the head Mechanic here, "Vincent" aka "Vinny" is a mess...all over the place, not organized, and can't do a simple task. He got an alignment for my car and diagnosed my car. He lost the alignment specs paper and promised to find it for me, and never did after I asked 3 times. To add onto that, after diagnosing my car he sent me a confusing text message explaining what PROBABLY needed to be done, and when I asked for clarification, he ignored the text. I even followed up 2x and no response. Very unprofessional guy who doesn't really care to help you get what you need / resolve your problems. Find another shop if you're looking for one in or around Brockton. No reason for me to lie, I got receipts...
