"Taking my car to this shop was the worst thing I’ve ever done in my life. They are very rude. When I left there with my car, I noticed there was damage on the left side near the driver’s door. They placed the hydraulic jack in the wrong spot and lifted the car. They dented my car. I called the next day to talk to them about it. They simply said that I was the one who damaged the car and hung up on me. I took the car to a specialist who confirmed their brutal mistake. If I could give a rating below ZERO, I would. Now I’m going to file a complaint with the motor vehicle department and take legal action against the company. If there is no dialogue, there will be justice."
