Drove in with a very low tire pressure. They took me no appointment, got me a Lyft home and assessed my tire and all other fluids promptly. I will be back for other car needs! Highly recommended the service here was amazing
View on GoogleI don’t think they even deserve one star. Very expensive as compared to other tire company in the market. Their price are way too high as compared to pep boys and firestone. Called to get a quote to replace the tires which I bought it. Told me $75 for each tire , and tire balancing and tire alignment separately which comes close to $450. When called pep boys, same service for $265 and Firestone for $280. I will never recommend anyone to Sullivan tires.
View on GoogleGood experience every time. Over the weekend, one worker helped me adjust the air pressure in all four tires. No charge for the courtesy. He told me he could see a nail in one of the tires. I returned on Monday without an appointment to have the tire fixed. Within a few hours the tire was repaired. I really appreciated the prompt service and friendly workers.
View on GoogleOver the years, I’ve searched for a repair shop I could truly depend on. I originally went to Sullivan Tire in Braintree (Common Ave) only for my tires. That changed when I brought my car in for an issue another shop had failed to fix. Since then, I’ve trusted Sullivan Tire exclusively for all of my car repairs. I want to thank the Manager and the entire team for always standing behind their work and doing right by their customers. It’s reassuring to know I have a dependable place to bring my car, and I truly appreciate the service you provide.
View on GoogleWow - a buffoon could be more helpful. I brought my car to Sullivan to replace a bent rim. The shop didn't check to see which rim was bent and replaced the wrong tire. Go somewhere else if you want your car serviced by people who care and can think about problem solving.
