Patrick Cole and his team are more than businessmen; they are gifted diagnosticians and talented technicians. They are energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic about their profession and their customers. They live the Sullivan Tire values—they treat every customer, regular and new, with respect and empathy. I have sat in the waiting room watching the interactions and service. I didn't have to sit and wait; I could get a ride home or to the T, but sometimes it is rewarding to just observe professionals at their craft. Keep up the incredible work. Sullivan Tire cannot be trusted. On August 30th, 2025, it was serviced for an oil change where it was recommended to change coolant fluid because they lost the record of when it got changed on June 6th, 2025. I declined as it would not need to be done again. Then comes September 11th, needing to safely and quickly pull off the road because the engine is too hot. The vehicle needs to be towed to Sullivan Tire. They did a fix which I thought was an easy fix versus the correct fix and solution. Then on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, all of a sudden on the highway, the check engine light is blinking and acceleration is fading fast. I have to try to quickly and safely get off the highway to have a safe place to wait for another tow, having the vehicle picked up on September 29th, being told everything should be all set now, there should be no more issues. Once again, we have the message of Stop Driving When Safe. Engine Temperature Too Hot. Had to wait over 2 hours to get a tow truck to drop off the vehicle. After doing my own research for issues, I find that it may have been a censor issue all along because the censor failing causes all the issues being had. Obviously, Sullivan Tire only did a quick fix versus the proper way. If Sullivan Tire really checked everything, then this issue shouldn’t have happened. Beyond pissed off with this company, my safety clearly does not matter to you. Sullivan Tire only cares about how much money they can make; safety is no longer your priority or concern. A few years back, Sullivan Tire was a company you could trust, but now at least this location, with taking your car there, is like taking it nowhere at all.

THIRTY PLUS YEARS! I have absolute confidence in their work each and every time! Only place all of my vehicles visit for repair and maintenance! Our present vehicles are up to 140K miles each and aiming to reach 200K miles plus. All due to their ongoing diligence! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their Service and professionalism!

Would rather by car-less, questionable work done here. Brake work was done. One issue was that the brake pedal needs to go much further than before to bring to a full stop. Brought back and told that is the way the brakes are supposed to work. Later, told at local mechanic that one brake caliper was leaking. Brought back here to Sullivan for checkup, told there was no issue (could be grease). Next oil change at local mechanic, told now both brake calipers are leaking. No intention to solicit this business ever again.

Asked for one tire at the Braintree location. Told they can’t replace just one — unless I buy a second one or bring the tire separate from the car, then suddenly they can. Somehow that turned into a $2,500 quote to replace four tires that aren’t even 6 months old and an already-new battery. Amazing business model. Then this clown replies trying to tell me I don’t have 4 runflats on my car. As if I didn’t buy all my tires here previously so if that’s the case you guys caused the issue. Even though I have matching tires they want to lie and say they are mismatched telling me I have Bridgestones that I do not have. 0 stars .steady scamming. Also shoutout town fair tire 300 Grove Street for the quick fix
