Nader is very kind and helpful, and I also judge him to be fair and trustworthy. We have done a number of different services here from a basic oil change and inspection, to brakes and alternator. He got our car running smoothly after a break down, and we were able to take a road trip to Virginia and back with no issues whatsoever after getting service here. Based on this and more, I would highly recommend Quality Fuel and Services. By the way, the gas station is full service, which is so nice in the winter. Tip the worker when you can - it's cold out there! 🥶 Edited to add: Nader is so generous and compassionate. Also, idk what kind of interactions you all are having, but the gas station attendants, including the older man, are gems. All very very kind. I am wondering if people are misinterpreting his tone because of cultural differences. These people are amazing and this is a great local business that I'm thankful to patronize. My review is completely sincere; I have no reason or incentive to be dishonest.

I came here to get my vehicle inspection done and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. When I arrived, an older man working the front told me there were two people ahead of me, so I politely waited in line as instructed. A few minutes later, the technician doing inspections came outside, pointed directly at me, nodded, and motioned for me to drive into the shop. I wasn’t even sure it was my turn, so I pointed at myself to confirm. He nodded again and waved me in. As I began pulling my car forward, the older man rushed out yelling at me, accusing me of skipping the line and asking if I “didn’t want it anymore.” I tried to explain that I was called in by the inspector, but he kept interrupting me, talking over me, and insisting I was wrong in a very rude and aggressive way. Thankfully, the actual inspection technician came back out and confirmed that he did in fact call me in, and that the person before me had not come out yet. He corrected the situation and even told the older man to call the next customer properly. The inspector was polite, calm, and professional. The complete opposite of the front guy. This whole situation was unnecessary and embarrassing, and it could have been avoided if the front staff communicated properly instead of yelling at customers. The inspection tech deserves credit for handling things professionally, but the older man at the front desk seriously needs training in customer service and basic respect. I won’t be coming back here because no one should be spoken to that way just for following instructions.

Nader and his crew are the best on the South Shore. Definitely recommend for any auto maintenance needs. Extremely fair honest and friendly.

Came in for a car inspection, and was in and out in about 15min. Was able to pay with a credit card (some places only take cash, so I was glad it wasn't an issue). Would definitely come back for a car inspection!
