Erick did an amazing job repairing my car. It looks just like it did from the factory. The repair was done quickly, the quality is excellent, and his service was great. His pricing is also very fair. I would definitely come back and recommend him to others.

Eric and his team are great! Total professionals and a definite 5-star experience. They satisfied me at every turn. They were patient and answered all of my questions professionally and courteously. In addition to that they revised their hours to accommodate my schedule and even offered to help me take my rental back. To top everything off they gave my care a nice detail when they were done with my repairs, which they did a great job with. I highly recommend this Auto Body shop for any of your needs.

I have gone to Pearl Street Auto Body twice for body work on BMW and Toyota. Both times the work done on the car was immaculate. I don't review often, but the exceptional customer services provided by the body shop owner made me want to write a review. I had dents and scratches on my vehicle, the insurance company estimated for repairs, however body shop insisted this needs to be replaced instead of repairs and went above and beyond to fight with the insurance and do justice on the work performed. The body shop provided the exceptional service on agreed upon timeline, kept me updated and fought with insurance to do the right thing. I trust them and recommend Pearl Street Auto Body for any auto body work that needs to be done

"If I could leave 6 stars I would!!!" I love my car, it is a 2013 Focus ST. I worked very hard to get this car and it is my baby. There are a lot of options, custom work, and tough to source parts for this car. It would take three pages to list everything that Erick and his team did for me and my baby over the last month, but I will list at least a few of them here: 1. Erick was able to get me a new hood, a NEW HOOD. It was a little bent from the accident, but I told him that it had some rusting issues and I wanted it replaced. He got it in, fit it perfectly, then gave it a fresh coat of paint. 2. Erick was able to retro-fit a Chinese fender that I got off eBay years ago that I thought I never would be able to use. It was not easy. He and his team were able to cut and bend it into place. Again, this was because of some rust on my old fender. 3. Erick was able to get a new OEM bumper for me. The insurance company only wanted to pay for a used one, but Erick got me a brand new one. 4. Erick was able to get me a brand new OEM headlight assembly. The headlights on my car are super complicated, and cost $1,700. The insurance company was only paying for $100 aftermarket ones that were wrong in every way. Erick let me take this home, work on it (I had converted the other one to LED) and bring it back. Time and time again Erick was not only reasonable, but went WAY over and beyond. He stayed in touch with me the whole time. Sent me pictures and videos as the car was being assembled. He treated me more like a friend than a customer. To say that this was THE best experience I have had with my car since owning it, still does not do it justice. If you are thinking of taking your vehicle anywhere else, stop. Pearl Street Auto Body is the best of the best. Bar none. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for me. I will never forget it!

I had a really pleasant experience with this autobody shop. Great service and friendly people to work with. They went above and beyond to fix a dent nead gas tank and repaint the whole area for me even though insurance does not cover it. I really appreciate that the owner was kind enough to fix that for me for free. My Van looks brand new when I picked up. It only took them a week to complete compared other shop's two to three weeks.
