After my Lexus RX350 was involved in a collision that damaged the front frame, I brought it to Mike's Autobody for collision repairs. I was coming in with the hopes that the Bodyshop would be able to repair the vehicle as I felt like the damage was not enough to salvage/total it. My experience with the body work service was great from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Mark took the time to explain everything in detail, which was especially helpful since this was my first experience dealing with car insurance and autobody repairs. Based on his assessment, the vehicle damage was not enough to be totaled. Mark's expertise gave me complete confidence that the repairs were being done correctly. Once we got the insurance part sorted out, Mark provided an estimate for the repair timeline, and the work was completed in about a month and a half as expected. When I picked up the car, I was extremely satisfied with the color match and body job. I could not tell that the car had been in an accident at all. After driving it around for a week, it feels exactly how it did prior to the accident, and I could not be more happy with the results! If I need work done would go back to Mikes.

A friend recommended a car repair shop to me before, and after visiting it myself, I felt it was really great and wanted to recommend it. It's Mike's Auto Body Braintree. They offer services in both Chinese and English, so communication is seamless throughout. Most importantly, they proactively update you on the repair progress in real time, which is very reassuring.
