Great customer service from Chris and other staff. Very friendly and accommodating explained everything in detail and made it easier to understand what problems I have with my car. I really liked that I was sent a video showing me what is needed to be fixed. I was a little overwhelmed at the price for a transmission fluid change, but I appreciated how helpful the staff was.

Doesn't make you feel like you're crazy when you describe the weird sounds your car is making. What sold me on Cindy is her commitment. I bought my car brand new at a Ford dealership in Rhode Island. I had owned it for a little over 2 months. I stop to get gas. It won't start. I bring it back to the dealership where I bought it. The service tells me it just needed a jump at 3000 miles and he tested my battery and said it was fine. Two days later my car won't start. I bring it to Herb Chambers and I get Cindy and through her due diligence, they found the problem, there was a dead cell in the battery. They installed a new battery. Problem solved. All this is happening 2 days before I leave for a trip overseas. She kept me updated. I didn't have to chase her with calls. She called me. She remembers you. She always greets you with a smile and a positive attitude! She is a pleasure to work with!
