I am so incredibly disappointed with the service I received at your Ford dealership. I brought my truck in for what I thought would be a straightforward repair, but the work done was absolutely subpar. To say I'm dissatisfied would be a massive understatement. Not only was the quality of the repair questionable, but the manager I spoke with was completely unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. It was clear they had no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction or standing behind the work done by their service department. Frankly, it felt like they just didn't care. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and with a truck that still isn't properly fixed. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will certainly not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know. This was a truly terrible experience. The Ford Dealer even confirmed that this just terrible and they will look into this further. My service representative stated that it’s unacceptable. And on top of it they drove my car for over 20 miles and crashed the backside. Manager was rude about and refused to look at it.

They never informed us that there will be storage charges while the car was undergoing repairs at their collision center. We understand if they charge for the storage when the car was left in the collision center after repairs were completed. My insurance company refused to pay the 3K storage fee that Herb Chambers charged because it had never been disclosed to us nor to the insurance company. This unexpected charge was frustrating and could have been avoided with clear communication from the collision center.

I tired to call several times to ask for update and they only ask me to wait until it’s done. I can see from my car App and they definitely did not put my car back together. Maybe you guys should be more hard working and just be more honest with the customers.
View on GoogleMy car was in for five weeks for a fairly straightforward repair - dent in passenger door. During that time I called four times, never got calls back as promised. Worst part was the HC advisor and insurance adjuster clear don’t like each other and would email me about the other person but not reply to one another or resolve my issue. They also wouldn’t call me to tell me what was happening. Herb Chambers held my car an extra week because they couldn’t be grown ups and work out the issue. Childish and unprofessional.

I’ve also noticed in several reviews that many customers have experienced the same issue, yet it seems nothing has been done to improve the service. If the repair cannot be handled in a timely manner, it would be better to communicate that upfront rather than keeping customers in a loop with no clear resolution. I expect more transparency and efficiency, and I sincerely hope to have my vehicle returned as soon as possible.
