I had a flat tire right around closing time, and I honestly wasn’t sure anyone would be able to help. Even though they were already closing, the team stayed and worked hard to fix my flat tire without rushing. They were professional, kind, and genuinely willing to help — which really made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell this is a team that truly cares about their customers. This is a great local shop, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. If you need auto service nearby, this is the place to go!

Richard -- thank you so much for your help today. I came by with a print-out of a report from an Autozone that I'd gotten in response to a check-engine light, and in a few short minutes, you suggested a couple of quick DIY fixes I could do to see if I could address it. Sure enough, I did the first one (removing and cleaning the battery terminals) and the check-engine light was off when I turned it back on later. If it comes back on, I'll be coming to you, as I so appreciated your willingness to help and share your expertise instead of just turning me away or telling me to make an appointment, as others had done in response to my question. I cannot recommend this shop. Very disappointing experience. I was told by the owner that he diagnosed multiple issues with my vehicle, but actually a couple of the 'problems' the owner identified didn't actually exist at all. I question his honesty and strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.

This is a long story, but I will TRY to keep it short. I took my minivan, a Toyota, to Richard as a last resort. I had been to nine other shops and was told nine different stories. I believe it is because I am a woman. I had my 17-year-old with me, and after stressing for hours, I decided to give Richard a chance hoping for the best. We told Richard what we'd been through that day. He was nice enough to drive my vehicle and confirmed that the brakes were gone. I agreed to let him repair the brakes but specifically asked him to inform me if he finds any other issues. Richard went off on other repair shops telling us that they are thieves, especially the dealership who will try to reap people off for unnecessary work. He took the vehicle in, and we live too far and could not walk home. We decided to sit and wait in the waiting room. Richard was angry that we were waiting there. He complained that we will cause him to rush the repair, so agreed to leave but not before he SLAMMED the shop door leaving us sitting there. We called Lyft and left. Hours later, we returned and he had an attitude because we did not call before returning. You have a WAITING ROOM, RICHARD! He gave me my vehicle, all the while showing us the different gift and souvenirs he got form veterans and service members. Richard told me that my vehicle did not need work and to wait until I put more miles; the brakes were all set. That was in August. In October, I started to hear noises when I turn the vehicle, or when I apply the brakes. I called Richard and was told to bring the vehicle in, I did. Again, he drove the vehicle and denied hearing noises or the wobble I complained about. I asked him listen closely, then he heard it. Richard told me that it sounded like the BRAKE PADS were loose or grinding against something and he would get that taken care of. I dropped the care off and WALKED home because I did not want him to rush the repairs. Five hours later, he called me to pick up the vehicle--it was done. It drove better and I was happy. Five days later, I had the same issues. I called Richard and informed him that the vehicle is doing the same thing. Richard then got upset and insisted that he told me about the calipers and that they were bad. Richard, do you remember that you told us that the calipers are ok? You even mentioned that they did not oil them and they were stuck but you took care of that? NEVER once were you concerned about my calipers. You focused on the brakes. When I asked you why you did not inform me about the calipers, you insisted you did and that it is expensive. I am a veteran and I am employed. I WORK! What makes you think that you could make that decision for me? I specifically asked you to LET ME KNOW about any other issues and you did NOT. Now I have a vehicle that still makes this bucking noise for lack of a better word, and you still want me to take it in so you can "repair "the noise I hear? How many times must I bring it in so you can repair it and LIE to me? You TORE down the other shops calling them all kinds of name, yet you did the same to me; You lied. Why were you not honest? My 17-year-old was with me, as witness. I think you're SHADY and people should be careful doing business with you. You have rave reviews, yet you lied to me. Why? It is because of my race or because I am woman. Do tell. You are very defensive, and you are a hot head. Good luck staying in business with that shady attitude. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOU!

Very very reliable. Charging reasonable. Using quality oil (SAE OW16) rather than low standard oil my dealer has used (SYN OW20). I will keep this Shop as my every-5000 miles-maintenance place. My tire replacement will be done in here in January 2024, which has been scheduled with Richard.
