I got a call with an estimate and the job was done quickly and it was surprisingly inexpensive because they repaired the issue instead of replacing everything. I would recommend Lou’s to anyone!

This was without a doubt my single greatest experience with a vehicle service provider. The team at Lou's was professional, helpful, friendly, and fast. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday at 5 p.m., and it was fixed within 24 hours, even though they were already filled up for the week. My muffler is working perfectly now. Excellent staff, curtious and friendly. They went over every detail with me before doing the work and gave me a solid price and a good price at that. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. They gave me pointers about future concerns as well. They had left the car running for me after they finished but it was so quiet that I did not know that it was running so I ended up restarting the car. Boy did I feel a bit stupid, lol. Nice job guys! I have had work done by them before so they will always get my business. Thank you all! I recommend them whole heartedly.

We headed to Eastham; 4 hours from home. We stopped for lunch and when we started my car, it sounded like a race car. Since I wasn’t losing power we continued on. Thursday morning I called numerous locations and went to others to have my car looked at to ensure it was safe to drive. I called Devon at Lou’s Muffler and I scheduled an appt for 8:30 am on Friday. He put it up on the lift to diagnose and then he took me out so he could explain what repairs needed to be done. After discussing, and knowing that he could replace the rusted exhaust system then and there, I agreed. Devon is very knowledgeable and I trusted his recommendation. Plus it came with a 2 year warranty. Honestly, wish he was closer to our home to recommend his services!.
