Interstate Transmission

As a lifelong Mechanic myself, but i’m pursuing other things making more money… Dan told me exactly what I wanted to hear. I’ve had the day with the Truck back today and I can feel in the shift the way everything operates. It’s 100% fresh full man upgrade thank you. Well done.

I had my vehicle's transmission rebuilt at this shop when the mileage was approximately 58,000 mi See receipt in picture My issue The replacement transmission failed prematurely at around 63,000, mi and only lasted for about 5,000, MI I spent over $3,600 on the rebuild, I contacted the shop to explain the situation and express my concerns. I was treated very poorly. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and did not demonstrate a willingness to stand by their work or the product they installed. A major repair like a transmission replacement should last for longer than 5,000 mi. The lack of durability of the part and the subsequent poor customer service experience have left me incredibly disappointed. I do not recommend this shop. Based on my experience. I advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their automotive needs. As a consumer, I value businesses that stand by their work, and unfortunately, the shop did not meet that expectation.

I just got my silverado transmission rebuilt here and i have to say when i heard these guys were to go transmission shop around, that was not false at all! They did a great job on the rebuild and answering all my questions. All the tuning and knowledge they have on what to fix made my truck feel better than it did new. If you have a chevy with common transmission failures or any automatic transmission for that matter, do yourself a favor and go here! Absolutely do not take your transmission here unless you enjoy being ripped off. I just bought a truck where they supposedly rebuilt the transmission with billet internals, have receipts showing they installed billet parts from the previous owner, and transmission didn’t even last past 70,000 miles since their rebuild and it broke down again. I just had a very reputable racing shop in Maryland rebuild the transmission and they verified this shop lied on their invoice. Also the transmission went back to them with previous owners for park issues, which I still had the issues, only it was intermittent, and the racing shop found the true problem instead of interstate transmission “throwing” parts at it. Please do not use this transmission shop.

I have never seen such a friendly gentleman, we are tourists and we had a transmission problem 500km from the house and he took care of us the same morning at the opening. A man of very generous heart!
