I had an excellent experience with McGovern Collision Arlington after my 2023 Hyundai Tucson was rear-ended. Since this was my first time dealing with an accident and insurance claim, I was honestly unsure about the entire process, but Karla Milan was incredibly helpful throughout everything. Karla took the time to explain each step clearly from the insurance process, supplements, OEM parts, timelines, and repairs and made the experience much less overwhelming. She was patient, professional, and always responsive to my questions. The repair quality was excellent. The team handled everything properly, including OEM Hyundai parts and coordination with the insurance company. The car looks factory new again, and all the sensors and safety systems are working perfectly. I really appreciated how transparent and organized the entire team was. You can tell they care about doing repairs the right way instead of cutting corners. Highly recommend McGovern Collision Arlington, especially if you have a newer Hyundai vehicle or are dealing with an insurance claim for the first time.

I saw some poor reviews on here, but I had a great experience getting my car worked on here. I was able to get a next-day appointment and they did a time-consuming warranty repair in about 24 hours. Davit was responsive over text and they were friendly without being pushy about add-on services. Would recommend coming here for warranty work.

I scheduled a recall appointment, showed up at 11:00 AM (30 minutes early), and trusted them with my car. Staff took it, confirmed the recall work, and told me to come back at 5:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, after my car had been there for almost five hours, I got a call saying they didn’t have the parts for the recall. That moment was honestly shocking and frustrating. Appointment reason was known in advance, yet no one checked parts availability before taking my car and wasting my entire day. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Davit Petrosyan, the manager, told me the supervisor was unavailable and asked if I could come back the next day. I explained that my car was not safe to drive and asked how I was supposed to do that without spending more money on Uber. No empathy or viable solution. I was told they would take my number and that a manager would call me. Day two came, still waiting for the promised call. Experience felt dismissive, careless, and exhausting. Time was wasted, money was spent unnecessarily, and basic follow-up never happened. Management, specifically Davit Petrosyan, showed zero accountability and very little respect for a customer dealing with a safety-related recall.

Changed my rating to 1 Star due to bad experience during my recent visit. My oil was changed on 6/24. When I returned home noticed large oil leak on my driveway. I crawled under car and saw bad leak coming from oil filter housing, (see pic). Had to take 1/2 day off again and come back next day. Was told issue with seal in the filter housing. This is basic maintenance stuff & seems obvious to me that you would check for leaks after installing a new oil filter. I’ll give them another shot but this is easy stuff that shouldnt happen at a dealership with “certified techs”. Only positive was the Service Advisor Nishan B who was very helpful. I sent him a video of the leak and he immediately worked to remedy this. He gets 5 stars.

Took my car to be inspected while our Hyundai was in to have a battery checked (which was also botched but that's a different story). When I came to pick up my car, they had replaced the number plate bulb. Never asked if I wanted it replaced and got charged $45 for it. As far as I know, even if that light is required, I should have been given the option to have it done where I want within 60 days and return for inspection there for free (per MA law), not forced to pay for it (by the way, the car passed inspection previously with thar light off). So don't go there for inspection unless you're fine having unwanted charges shoved down your throat.
