We were broke down in LA about 400 miles from home. These guys got us back on the road in 2 hours after they opened even though they had other work to do. They diagnosed the truck in just 30 minutes and had the part ordered. They were really friendly and honest and charged a fair price for the water pump. They checked their work and took it for a test drive. We just so grateful! They did an amazing job! I would recommend to them to anyone!! Thank you again for your great work and being so fair, honest, and friendly and wouldn't accept a tip for their fast and friendly service.

Great mechanic! He worked with kept us up to date on everything he was doing and after my Pathfinder was fixed when I had problems he took it back and made it right!

So my wife left a review yesterday but Im a little more detailed and I really wanted to relay how AWESOME these guys are in my own words. So we love in south Texas and drove to eastern NC for my dads birthday and a family reunion. Normally a 22hr drive and we drive it straight through swithcing up driving along the way. On our way back loaded down with a truck bed full of stuff my truck blew the water pump on 10 west right before the Crowley exit in Louisiana. It was 5am and we had been on the road about 15-16 hours already. Everything was fine and then suddenly truck went from normal temp to throwing overheat messages all on the dash. I immediately pulled over and lifted the hood. Before I even got the hood up I could smell coolant. So I figured a blown radiator hose or something which meant I couldnt make it to the shop without fear of more serious damage to the engine. Called a local tow company and got towed to the shop. We got there about 6-6:15am. Shop wasnt supposed to open until 7:30. So here we all are super tired wife and son fall back asleep waiting. One of the guys I think his name was Eric got there at 7am to start getting ready to open. Im parked in his lot with the hood up probably looking pretty rough for the wear. He asks if he could help and I said I sure hope so and relayed to him everything above. He said he had a lot going on but would try to help as quickly as possible. So they ooen at 7:30 and by 8am they were pressure testing the coolant tank to find the leak. Waterpump. He came back out with a price and I said go for it and he got the part ordered and had us out of there by 9:30 with new part installed and coolant refilled. They did a couple test drives to make sure it didnt leak or anything. So here is where I want to praise these guys and this shop. They knew I was from out of town, they knew I had gotten towed and couldnt drive to another shop, they knew I was basically wotn out and desperate. A lot of places would have taken advantage of this and these guys did not. They basically put me in front of all the other things they had going on and made sure my truck was safe to drive again. They could have charged me twice what they did and what else could I have done. I tried to give them a tip to show my appreciation and they even turned that down. I insisted please let me buy you all lunch but again they turned it down. If you want great friendly service and extremely fair pricing and are anywhere near these guys please check them out. You wont be disappointed. They are great!!! Thank you guys!!! I appreciate the care you gave me and my family!!!

I highly recommend Crowley Automotive. Doesn't look like a big operation, but for great service I guess it doesn't have to. They were quick, honest (very important to me and I'm sure everyone else), and worked me in to get me taken care of in less than 5 hours.
