The owner, Jason is a super friendly person and honest. The whole staff is willing to go above and beyond what is expected!! They even loaned me a couple tools to work on my log truck and trailer while parked on their lot. They were even willing to jack my trailer up and remove the tires and rims so I could work on my brake problem. You just dont come across such courtesy very often anymore!!!! We, as a family highly recommend Tire Discount Center in Alexandria!!! You will be very happy with the services you get!

I got a flat tire on I-49 while traveling through town late in the afternoon, and Jason and his team at Tire Discount Center was happy to help. Super friendly and helpful during a stressful situation! While my tire couldn't be repaired (gash in wall) they were able to get me a replacement very quickly and within budget. They put my donut and jack away properly for me, something I wouldn't expect of all tire shops. I was able to get back on the road in not much time at all. Highly recommend!
