Great experience with Simpsonville Automotive. Quick turnaround time, excellent service and communication. After I received my vehicle I needed one more thing that needed to be fixed and it was on a Saturday. Woody came and met me that day and went out of his way to fix the issue. He even went and had my car washed for me. I highly recommend Simpsonville Automotive.

I experienced fantastic customer service while getting my oil changed. They included a thorough report on my car. The owner Woody truly cares about his clients and the community. I will be going here for all my oil changes.

Took my car here for a broken spark plug. They repaired it, cleaned out the pieces from the cylinder and did an engine treatment. Afterward they did an oil change. After I got the car back I had puddles of oil in my garage. When I looked under the car there was a brand new over sized plug on my oil pan. When the car was left there it had the original oil plug in it. No one told me, no garage will own up to stripping your drain plug. Nice guys, lesson learned. I’ll have to replace the pan to repair the leak.

Above and beyond car care with friendly service! I went in for an oil change. What I didn't know was that I was going to get a 360 degree car inspection. Wow! What a surprise and so detailed and professional. I knew I neglected my car the past couple of years and the inspection showed me safety concerns and solutions that I thought was happening. And to top off my experience I was able to use a loaner car for the day so I didn't have to miss work. I finally found a mechanic I can rely on. PS - Austin is wonderful and a great communicator!

We highly recommend Simpsonville Automotive. Austin, at the front counter, was able to get my car in while I was out of town for a few days on a work trip. He keeps you updated every step of the way. In addition, they follow up with you a few times after the service to make sure everything is going well with the repairs. We love these guys.
