Great service, great prices, great experience! Just got took our truck in for a new tire and alignment and they took great care of us and had it done in a very timely manner. Very impressed with their professionalism and making sure we were satisfied. And as soon as we drove away, we were! The difference was night and day in how the truck drove and the price was more than fair. From the gentleman at the front desk to the mechanic that worked on it, they answered all our questions, explained what repairs they did and took pride in both their work and service and stand by it. A good mechanic shop is hard to find and a great one is almost impossible, but they have earned our business for sure and the right way: with outstanding service at a fair price. My husband and I took our truck to these guys for a front end alignment and a new tire. We waited in the lobby, and the repair took about two and a half hours, which I thought was perfectly acceptable. The lobby was nice and clean and they didn't say anything about us having our dog there. A lot of places aren't pet friendly but these guys were quite accommodating. There was also an easily accessible restroom. So, the mechanic comes out and explains the repairs he made to our truck. I don't remember the exact lingo, but he said something was hella bent and it took him a while to straighten it out. He was very professional and friendly. I think the total was around $240. We will definitely do business with them again. Thanks guys!
