Quest Auto Service

We’ve been taking our van to Quest Auto for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. When your car needs work and you’re not a mechanic yourself, you basically have to put your faith in the shop — and with Quest, that trust feels completely safe. Joe and his team are fantastic. They take the time to explain exactly what’s wrong in plain English, what your options are, and even what you should keep an eye on in the future. There’s never any pressure or upselling — just honest advice. Their communication is excellent too; they keep you updated and never leave you wondering what’s going on. Our van is pushing 200,000 miles now, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to keep it running strong. They treat it like it’s their own vehicle, and you can tell they really care. In a world where it’s easy to feel like shops are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible, Quest is the complete opposite. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, honest, and caring auto shop, I highly recommend them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just took my 2007 Accord for a service repair. I had to book my appointment 2 weeks in advance. Joe was great to work with. Communication was excellent. They went above and beyond to fix some complicated wiring issues affecting the performance of the transmission. It was a bit more expensive than expected but totally justified with the high-quality work. I doubt there are any other places that would do it for this price though. Will certainly be back. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Quest! The owner was very friendly/personable, as a female going to an auto shop, that stands out a lot to me. He helped me trouble shoot something before I brought my car in (I had been trying to fix the issue myself). They do not send out reminders (so just make sure to set your own… but we’re all adults and should be doing that anyway). They sent me photos/videos of the issue in a report which was really helpful. They weren’t able to fix my issue but they directed me to someone who could. I will absolutely be coming to them for issues in the future!

I had a great experience at Quest Auto today. I stopped in to have my rear light changed, and the cost was so minimal that they kindly told me not to worry about it and that they could take care of it next time. It's rare to find that level of honesty and customer care these days.

I had a fantastic experience using this shop. I highly recommend calling this shop the next time you need service on your vehicle. Joe is honest, straight to the point, and works hard to find the best deal for parts/labor. I had brought my Tundra in the shop for a sound in the suspension that a different shop could not find. Quest Auto found the issue, and Joe came up with a plan for repairs very quickly. I really appreciate you guys. I feel that great customer service is rare anymore.
