I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto shop. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a strong cigarette smoke odor inside. Upon further inspection, I found a cigarette butt left in my car. I do not smoke, and there was no reason for anyone to be smoking in my vehicle while it was in the shop’s possession. Leaving a cigarette butt behind demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s property. Customers trust repair shops to care for their vehicles responsibly. Finding evidence that someone smoked in my car is unacceptable and has left me questioning the shop’s standards and attention to detail. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Called to have some new tires put on wheels I had picked up recently. They got me in 20 minutes after I called and had the new wheels and tires on my car in about an hour. Their pricing for this service was also better than other shops I had called earlier. Not a single scratch on the wheels from mounting new tires. All the employees were prompt and courteous, no standing around waiting to be helped.

Roger and the guys at Newton Tire and Auto saved our parade float! On very short notice, I called them because my fuel pump was leaking and our parade was the very next day. Roger sent a mechanic out to me at my location to make the repair. Then, the next day when I was airing up the tire, the stem broke! This be was only a few hours before we had to line up for the parade! I called Roger and he didn't think twice about it, he said bring it in and we'll get you going. They got it fixed in less than an hour, just in time for us to be in the parade! They really bent over backwards to help us out, customer service like that, is hard to come by these days! Thank you Roger and Newton Tire and Auto!!

While traveling with a horse trailer and three horses, we sheared the lug nuts off of our trailer. Newton Tire and Auto did everything possible to get the parts we needed to get us back on the road. It was late in the day and not all parts were available so we needed to find a place to overnight with the horses. Jamie and the rest of the staff helped locate a safe place for the horses and us for the night. The technician had to work out in below zero temps to get us fixed. We can’t express how thankful and appreciative we are for their help. I recommend Newton Tire 🛞 if you ever need assistance while on the Newton, KS area. Thank you so much for relieving our stress !
