Crash Champions Collision Repair Newton

Crash Champions took phenomenal care of my truck after it was backed into while parked. They were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They communicated with me every step of the way, their work was impeccable and they completed the job far more quickly than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and use them again if the need should ever arise.

Update 2/3/26: I reached out again like they requested. It’s been a week without a response, so I’m starting to think I was ignored a second time. State Farm referred me to this company to repair hail damage on my vehicle. I was initially quoted one price, but when I dropped my car off, they could not provide an estimated completion date and stated that the technician scheduled to perform the work was not even in that day. A few hours after I left my vehicle, the quoted price doubled with no explanation despite the fact that no one was scheduled to inspect or work on the car for at least a day. They kept my car for a week and did a good job removing the dents. However, there was no walk-around inspection completed with me at pickup. I did a quick visual check, felt satisfied at the time, and drove the car home. Later, I discovered that the method used to repair the roof dents severely damaged my leather seats. Based on the repair notes, which indicated that the headliner, door panels, and other components were removed during repairs, it appears they used a device that rested on the seats to push against the roof, causing the damage. I also later noticed that my passenger-side mirror no longer functions. When the company reached out requesting a review, I detailed all of these issues. No one ever followed up or attempted to resolve the damage they caused. I was driving a company vehicle for the past two years, so my personal car remained in storage, and unfortunately this situation slipped off my radar until I recently began driving it again. I am extremely upset about this experience. I am attaching photos of the seat damage for reference. I would not recommend using this company.

Still waiting on Crash Champions in Newton to refund insurance money. It was my insurance companies preferred shop in Newton. We are on 6 to 7 months after the hail storm and they just dont want to refund the money even though i couldn't get ahold of my service representative to schedule. No service, my car is still with a broken windshield, broken mirror. A definite safety hazard. I will take this review down when it's refunded.

I am very happy with my experience. From the time of the estimate to my car's finish date ( 1 week ) , I was treated very well, all of my questions were answered completely and I was kept apprised of the work scheduled on my car. I had a door replaced, a power window repaired and the job was beautiful. When I picked up my 2010 Dodge Nitroz I was truly amazed. The repair was terrific . The car was detailed inside and out ; it looked like a new vehicle. I am unable to find all of the words to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the quality of the repair. I highly recommend that anyone seeking body repair for their vehicle to contact Crash Connections. I believe you will be glad you did !
