Awesome service very nice staff. I was very impressed! Just moved here and was a little hesitant on switching to a new dealer for service on my baby but they made me feel right at home and I will definitely be going back for all future services. They didnt do services i didnt need which saved me money and told me what i would need in the future and explained everything for me to understand. They even vacuumed my big betsy which needless to say I really needed it and I so appreciated it. It really was the best service I had in a long time!

I was at this business last week. The phone was answered professionally. I got to the right person the 1st time. The body manager came to my vehicle and greeted me. He ushered me into the cool air and lounge. My experience was Super Great. I bought a vehicle once in the 80's from them. The salesman didn't know his numbers. I bought something I didn't want. Over wise I would have gave a 5-star.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Conklin for a couple years now and have great experiences there. The customer service is helpful and friendly, they give me rides to and from home while service is being done, I get inspection information on how my vehicle is doing, and haven't had any issues with repair work done. The prices are fair compared to other shops and dealerships in the area, and they just do a good job taking care of me when I come in.

I can't believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldn't believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasn't washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentleman's attention. He checked the driver's door insert then set all four times to 32! If you can't even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know you've even bothered to do any of the other things you say you've done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and I've had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.

Went there to have my leather seat fixed as they have a guy named Brad with auto wizards that comes in on Tuesdays to fix things like this and he did a wonderful job and it didn't take very long either.He was very pleasant to work with and explained in detail what he would do.Very reasonably priced as well.
