Kept having issues with our truck after taking it to Parks of Augusta. Took the time to drive down to mulvane and he explained the problem right off the bat and gave us options for repairs. It was so nice not getting the run around on it. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI had a cp3 swap done on my 2016 duramax. At first the truck didn't want to fire off right away but eventually did. I drove it home and it drove fine. When I got home, the truck had another delayed start but started. The next day it wouldn't start at all. Jarrod text that day and ask how the truck was doing. I told him what happened and he told me some things to try when I got home from work. I tried those things with no luck. This is where the 5 stars come in. Jarrod drove to my house (Ark City) and worked on the truck. He got it started but felt there was something still wrong. He left his vehicle at my house and drove my truck back to his shop. They found a vacuum leak off the fuel pump. So they corrected that and brought my truck back to me. Still running good today. If that's not going above and beyond, I dont know what is. View on GoogleI recently took my 2012 F250 6.7L powerstroke to this shop to address a rough running condition. They quickly diagnosed a #6 injector failing/bad idler/belt and fuel filters. Once i authorized the repairs they got right to work and had my truck finished in 24hrs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in and around the state of Kansas. I will continue to bring my truck here if any further repairs are needed.
View on GoogleI put a good review about this company brought them more business. They gave me my truck back with coolant issues. I paid thousands for my fuel and coolant issues. I'm still having both fuel and coolant issuess. Now my check engine light is back on because of both issues. I thought these people cared about their business and people but they don't. I lost everything behind this truck. Now I'm homeless in Phoenix Arizona because of this. All my money went to that. Thanks for rigging my truck and leaving me stranded. You guys really are the best at ruining people's life. I will never mess with you guys again.
