I took my 2015 Chevy Sonic in du to misfire problems. The day of the scheduled service they send a very through and inclusive vehicle report showing problems I was not even aware of and recommended services. They were even segmented into “immediate attention” and “upcoming”. As a first time customer of JAR I appreciated the thorough report. I called in that day to request which services I wanted performed and they were able to provide estimates for each one so I could determine what was in my budget for the fix. All in all they did a good job. I have not driven much since but will report back if I have any issues. It drives fine so far. The only “problem” is that they are quite expensive, not a great place if you are on a tight budget. But if you have the money, this seems like a great place to ensure your vehicle is well kept.

After weeks of paying for wrong diagnosis, midway breaking things and having to give me a rental, I finally took my suv to this company. They properly diagnosed it, they sent me pictures of about every inch of my car during their inspection letting me know things that may need attention down the road, things that were good etc. They diagnosed the issue I was having, contacted my extended warranty, got their approval, and had my car back to me in 2 days. Jeff is OUTSTANDING. I dont know the mechanics name, but thank you!! 10/10 recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his team! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in great hands. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, genuinely interested in helping me, and not rushing through the process. What really impressed me was their honesty and integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused auto repair shop, this is it. I'll absolutely l be returning for all my future maintenance, and recommending them to people I know.

These are the nicest, most helpful people. We had a flat tire that could not be fixed. They didn't have a tire in stock, but called around and found us one. After making sure the spare was road ready, they gave us directions and sent us on the way without accepting any payment for their services. Highly recommend!

JAR is the best mechanic shop I found in the area! Jeff runs a good, honest business with competent people working for him, dealing with me with clarity and transparency on what needed to get done. The Volkswagen I brought in needed some serious work and although JAR doesn’t specialize in foreign cars, they got done what the car needed for a reasonable price.
