J-Wood Tire

As a small business owner, Jim holds zero accountability. After they worked on my vehicle, I had a tire lose multiple lug nuts and broke a single stud which resulted in nearly losing my tire but not realizing until I got home. Also cross threading multiple other studs. I returned the vehicle to have the original repair completed and disclosed the damage and was told it would be taken care of. It was not, and they also proceeded to put the incorrect valve stems, which leaked, on my truck and leave the tires imbalanced but “close enough”. I dropped the vehicle off again for all damages to be repaired and when I returned the next day, less than 5 minutes after closing time the shop was clear, part timers I suppose. My truck was outside with the keys in it and nothing fixed. Once I approached the owner in regards to this matter after discussing it with multiple other shops, he refused to do anything and said it came in that way and proceeded to tell me my vehicle is a pos and made derogatory remarks as I walked out of the shop

Jim is absolutely the nicest, kindest man. He really helped us out along the way and he was so quick. Thanks Jim, for helping my sister at the Casey’s! You are a gem!!!

Timely and very helpful! I had a flat tire on a Friday evening and they were able to fix it right away Saturday morning.

I cannot thank this business enough! They squeezed us in quickly after my sons alternator belt snapped, explained everything and treated us like family. They were beyond courteous and professional. They were all such wonderful people!

My battery died. Nasty Weather - AAA did nothing I mean less than nothing and I have a premium membership for now. I called a couple other places first, but it was nasty weather and no one was answering. Except Jim and his crew. They not only came to the house and got the battery. They searched down a battery and came back to the house and installed it. They were awesome. Thank You guys.
