I'm new to Lawrence and was trying to find a reputable place for my car. I read the reviews (all good) and the reviews did not lie. I was treated with respect, kindness, didn't get looked down upon because of a woman. Tony explained everything to me and Jeff took me home. Jeff explained more about what En-Tire can do for my car. So I just got my 2005 Toyota Tundra back from En Tire Car Care. Had a 2.5” lift kit installed. (Rough Country) Also needed new upper and lower control arms and new adjustable upper and lower ball joints. I have done all this work so I can go camping and any other outdoor activities. The truck sits nice now and can handle anything as well.

Went in for an alignment, quoted $130. They call me and tell me they can't do the alignment because of a tie rod and wheel bearings. Plus some other major repairs totaling over $2,400. I get the truck back after spending almost $1,800 for the repairs necessary for the alignment, though now with three lights on my dash that WERE NOT on previously. When I finally was able to get the truck back in, dude behind the counter tries telling me the dash lights weren't on when he was the one who backed the truck out and handed me the keys! Either lying to my face or just completely unaware. The nickel and dime bs is ridiculous. Biggest mistake was not getting a different opinion and that was mainly because of the same dude telling me over the phone I'd be charged almost 100 bucks even if I didn't have them do any repairs! The other mistake I made was telling them it was important I get the alignment done so I could make it to a funeral in a couple days. Really feels like they took advantage of the situation. Won't be going back.
