Great experience. Impressed with the way troubleshooting the issue was dictated and documented with photos for complete transparency. The info was put together for me to see and decide what option I had to choose from in deciding on how to move forward with repairs. They took good care of my 1976 corvette.
View on GoogleLove Dale and Ron's. I've only taken my car here once or twice now, but friends or family who have gone here tend to love them. I came in with a headlight out. I *thought* I changed the bulb properly but still somehow damaged it, they even showed me the spot it was touched at, and fixed it for me. Both headlights are operational now. And I got a very detailed diagnostics check from them with pictures of everything they checked on, so now I know what I need to schedule maintenance for going forward. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleMy son’s car broke down on KU Campus & had it towed to Dale & Ron’s. Never been or heard of them b4 any of this. They informed me it would be roughly 5 days b4 they could look at it & on the 5th day, I received a text showing me exactly what went wrong. They had everything fixed that I wanted fixed the next day. Customer service was great & pricing was fair. I would recommend these guys!
