Walker Automotive Repair

I've had my '04 truck into Walker's a few times for various repairs. They are always courteous and communicate very well. They troubleshoot quickly, give me a fair price and get the work done right away. They have always been very honest with me, and I've never felt taken advantage of. If you're a single woman you know how important that is! They make taking care of my truck painless.

When we got our car back from Walker a few years back, the alarm system was silent (horn did not sound) when pressing the button on the remote. it worked just fine before they worked on it. They refused to take responsibility for it when asked about it. Fast forward to now, someone attempted to steal the car out of the driveway and the alarm did not sound, although the lights were blinking.

Charged me 800 dollars because my car was in limp mode. They said the motor mounts were bad and that's what was causing it. Went right back in limp mode immediately and then they conveniently didn't have time to get my car back in. Quit trying to contact them after 2 months of excuses about being too busy and his Son being sick.

A courteous bunch of dudes who did a great job replacing my tires and brakes. I stop very well now. The family owned shop has been around a long while and I see why. They care about the customer. Really great job. Will use again.

Never been treated the way I have before. I had my truck taken there because it is local and it needed a new starter. This is the key. I asked them from the start to replace the starter. They got the car started and charge me $140 for that and a small problem they fixed. The car started only three times . When I called to let them know they sent someone to look at it. Called me and told me what they fixed still works, but get this that I needed... Are you ready... A new starter. Ha. Priceless. And they would be happy to take care of it if I had the truck towed back to them. I asked them to replace the starter... That's why I took it three in the first place. WOW!
