I just had my shocks replaced, and I can say that they did a fantastic job! If you want honest mechanics you can trust, they are at Lotts Auto Service. I highly recommend checking them out for any automotive services or issues.

Had them look at my hyandai palisade 2023 to fix nothing, I spent $140 for them to tell me my tires tread is low and that I need new tires. I asked them to look at why my cruise control isn’t working and they told me we don’t know why your crash light is on, we don’t see anything wrong and we can’t reset the light it has to go to the dealership. So…. Why did I just pay you $140 for me to leave knowing my tires are worn and you can’t fix anything? Do not go here if you value the money you work hard for.

One of my very best experiences with the automotive mechanic shop. I've had many! :-) There's not enough words to say how awesome Adam is.. He's the mechanic. Marty the owner, is a genuine good person. Adam is so knowledgeable, & he is a real down-to-earth caring person. I so wish I could have gotten in with these guys sooner on my journey with my Subaru. ♥️♥️

Lott's Auto Services provided me with one of the greatest customer service experience I’ve had. While traveling through Michigan to my last destination in Arizona, My Prius got Coolants overlow failed! and it was getting worse, I got two inspections they both suspect the Engine Head Gasket is blown, they gave me quotos around $3300-$4000 in Topeka, I was so much stressed out and worried about it. but thankfully in Junction City, I've worked really hard to source a good, reliable, honest! while I was on a long road trip, since I visited in Kansas, mechanic and I've never felt more cared for than I do by Adam! He was exactly what to fix about the car got problem with the engine cooling circulation, NOT replacing the Head Gasket!~ you are by far the best one around. the team did on test drives what exactly I wanted. you are the Master of a mechanic! I really appreciate that the business is honest and very professional, Customer centric and communication is awesome! thank you!

Took one car in a few weeks ago for a belt pulley and a belt .. car came back to me with oil pressure light that was not there before when I asked they said it wasn’t there while in the possession either. took another vehicle of mine for diagnostic for suspension and other issues. Was told car had no problems and they didn’t see what I was talking about but as soon as I got in the car it did the exact thing I brought it in for and they claimed it didn’t do anything while there.. please beware me and a friend of mine have now had a bad experience here and will not be returning.
