Cooper Tire Service

Charged me to patch two tires. Only patched one. When I went in later to get the one that was still leaking fixed, they said the tire hadn't ever been patched. I showed them that I paid $53.57 only a couple weeks ago to have both done, and he said it didn't matter. Said I needed the physical receipt. I asked if he didn't keep a record of it himself, he said no, that it was a 'cash receipt' (though I paid with my card). They made me pay another 26.78 to have them actually do the work they were paid to do weeks ago, and either lied about, or we're competent enough to keep track of. Terrible business practice. Really pissed me off that they got paid extra for incompleted work and giving me a hard time.

Phenomenal customer service…called in about a trailer tire blowout, provided the tire number and they were ready when we limped it in. Jesse and his team had us back on the road with new tire and rim in less than an hour.

Tires are competitively priced, great customer service. Dropped my truck off in the morning for new tires and an alignment. Service was finished prior to my actual afternoon schedule time.

I dropped in yesterday because my tire light was illuminated and I didn't know what tire was responsible. Cooper Tire identified the problem tire by just glancing at them--they all looked identical to me--and fixed the issue for $26. Very happy with their service and will return.
