This is an honest review from the service provided on 3/26/25. I brought my car in that day and was quoted $179 plus tax for full interior/exterior detailing to include shampooing of the carpet and seats. I was quoted $150 plus tax for paint correction. My car is extremely clean as it is. No dog hair or any crazy cleanup needed. Just the usual little dirt in the cracks/corners that I'm unable to get to. I had the car emptied when I dropped it off with just my son's car seat left in the car and an old air car freshener I left in the center cup. My car had previous paint work done on the hood and passenger rear which I plan to repaint so that it matches the rest of the car. The owner assured me with paint correction he can match it up so I agreed on the price as stated above for full interior/exterior detail and paint correction. I was told it would take 3 hours. I had dropped off the car at 1 pm on 3/26 and was told it was ready for pickup at 11 am the next day. I didn't rush them as I wanted the job done right. When I saw the car, I was NOT impressed at all. In fact, I paid for services that was not done. There were multiple parts of the car that they did not get cleaned at all. The trunk was completely missed along with the trunk door jams. The driver door had small splash drink marks that were untouched telling me they did not wipe down the doors. The pedals were still dirty. The one piece of trash I left in the car (old air freshener) was dispose of inside my center console. That part also not vacuumed/wipe down at all. The seats and carpet did not look like it was shampooed. They did not wipe down the cracks and corners. I essentially paid $360 cash for them to do an incomplete job. They did wipe down my dash and leather parts of my seats, front/back door jams, my motor and attempted the paint correction. They placed leather cleaner on my cloth seats making it appear splotchy. As I stood there during pickup, the owner had me stay an additional 30 mins while he yelled at his employees to do this and that etc. The owner was very nice however, being kind does not get the job done. I would recommend if the owner wants to stay in business, he should check the vehicle himself and ensure the services paid for was indeed completed prior to telling the customer the car was ready for pickup. Had the job been done right, I would have returned and with a lot more business for him. I feel like this whole process was dishonest. While the owner made great attempts on the paint correction, he should have said that process would remove scratches and not promised the paint would match up. By the looks of the car, he did NOT check it at all before calling me to tell me it was ready. Areas I discussed with him under the hood that I wanted cleaned was not done at all. Lastly, when I went to pick it up, he claimed he needed cash and not CC payment as other forms of payment causes a delay in him receiving the funds. I didn't have a problem with that at all but something he should also be upfront about. For all the cons that outweighed the pros, I have concluded that I will NOT return to this establishment.

For a detail shop, they struggle with the detail part. Went to pick up my vehicle, noticed all over the car that the wax wasn’t fully worked in. There were still a few bug marks on the front bumper and the rims were not completely clean. They did a pretty good job on the inside and cleaning the engine bay. But I was not impressed by the outside of the vehicle at all. Ended up having to wipe down myself and cleaning the rims and tires. Overall I would spend a little extra to go somewhere else in the future.

Very disappointed with the detail job they did they missed spots all over and for the price I was charged I do not feel was fair for the job

My husband‘s SUV got white overspray from a spray can all over his SUV. Virgil detailed the car took off all of the paint and made the car look like new. So impressed. I will be telling everyone I know to take their car there.
