We were on our way home from Colorado when our disc brakes started scraping, and by the time we got back to Eldorado, they were metal on metal. Superior Auto got us in quickly and did a great job at a very fair price. I enjoy doing business with Mike Dorrell and Derek McAdoo. They are very professional, but more important than that, good people.

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first. Another over priced shop wanting to charge for unnecessary repairs along with surprise billing. Boy was I wrong! These guys are AMAZING and listened to my concerns and addressed the problems. I also got 3D photos so I could actually see what was going on with my vehicle, which was extremely helpful. The staff is so friendly, helpful and very informative. I will DEFINITELY go back for all my auto needs and repairs. Thanks Superior !!!

Customer service as always was top notch! They found me the best deal on an expensive part and got it repaired quickly to keep labor cost to a minimum as well. Superior cared about my son’s safety while driving and got the part ordered quickly and got him back on the road as affordable as possible. Thank you to the whole team!! Won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

If I could leave negative stars I would. We will just start from the beginning. Called superior week of 10/1/25 to schedule valve body replaced for my 2019 F250 spoke to Derek and he advised can get the truck in on 10/6/25 and should be ready same day. Well truck sat for days in the same spot and when you called to find out what’s going on Derek or the ladies that work there also said”yours is next or getting ready to pull it in”. On 10/8/25 almost 5pm truck was finally put in shop to look at. 10/9/25 valve body was replaced and took all day to “program” it. Late afternoon on 10/9/25 truck was finally done. Truck shifted different but told by Derek the transmission has to “relearn” how to work. Fast forward to 1/4/26 driving on east on 54 just right by the prison truck started to down shift while driving 65 mph and then when slowing down shifted up to 5th gear and would not down shift. Had to pull over turn off truck, started back up would drive normal for about 10 mins then start all over again. 1/5/26 took truck to Slusser automotive in Wichita, after their Certified Ford diesel mechanic evaluated transmission and found Superior did not delete and re tune truck at all and ruined the transmission. Anytime work is done on a diesel transmission the truck has to be completely deleted and retuned. Had transmission replaced costing $7700. 1/14/26 called superior and asked for the owner to call to discuss the problem and lady that answered the phone got defensive and asked “why did you not bring the truck back so it could be fixed”. Why would I bring back my truck to the shop that ruined my transmission. 1/15/26 spoke to the owner and he just kept asking “what do you want me to do about it” and blamed us for not bringing the truck back. They have poor service and customer service. Derek overbooks and gives customers the most unreasonable expectations to get repairs done, almost like it he wants to have confrontation with customers and setting up the mechanics doing the work for failure. If you have a diesel never take your truck to superior as they do not know what they are doing. Superior just stick to the gas vehicles.

Had the car at LandRover of Wichita for eight weeks all they did was change parts and charge me. Superior diagnosed the problem correctly and replaced the part that was actually causing the problem. Superior is a great shop with great people very trustworthy
